This nearly 7,000 square foot new construction home in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood was designed by Vincere down to the finest of details, from the intricate yet understated paneled living room to the extraordinary conservatory breezeway. Creating a modern, yet livable space that proudly displays the homeowners' array of important Indian and contemporary art, Vincere designed the home with an eye toward classical architecture, up-to-the-minute conveniences, and the holistic integration of fine art with comfortable family living.

Taking cues from the envelope of this authentic brick-and-timber loft in Chicago’s vibrant River North neighborhood, Vincere employed color, texture and variation to create a warm, grounded and sophisticated space. With plays on both scale and proportion, this live/work space easily transitions from business to leisure.
