This nearly 7,000 square foot new construction home in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood was designed by Vincere down to the finest of details, from the intricate yet understated paneled living room to the extraordinary conservatory breezeway. Creating a modern, yet livable space that proudly displays the homeowners' array of important Indian and contemporary art, Vincere designed the home with an eye toward classical architecture, up-to-the-minute conveniences, and the holistic integration of fine art with comfortable family living.

This 4,000 square foot empty-nester in Oak Brook is comfortable and elegant, two requirements from the homeowners of this beautiful single-family property. Vincere was brought on pre-construction to create all interior architecture, including floor plan consulting, as well as whole-house interior design. Our very active clients wanted a home that offered sanctuary and respite from their busy lives, while providing a warm and inviting backdrop for their frequent extended family gatherings. Soft neutrals, understated wood and stone, and luxuriously simple fabrics blend seamlessly with fine art and vintage and antique pieces, to create a true family home.
