This nearly 7,000 square foot new construction home in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood was designed by Vincere down to the finest of details, from the intricate yet understated paneled living room to the extraordinary conservatory breezeway. Creating a modern, yet livable space that proudly displays the homeowners' array of important Indian and contemporary art, Vincere designed the home with an eye toward classical architecture, up-to-the-minute conveniences, and the holistic integration of fine art with comfortable family living.

This 5,000 SF duplex penthouse pied-a-terre high above Michigan Avenue enjoys fabulous Chicago and Lake Michigan views. Respecting the dynamism of this glamorous and vibrant backdrop, we employed soothing neutrals and luxuriously tactile materials to form a quiet sanctuary high above the city. Enveloped in soft luxury and fine art, this home works for both large-scale entertaining and intimate evenings at home.
