This nearly 7,000 square foot new construction home in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood was designed by Vincere down to the finest of details, from the intricate yet understated paneled living room to the extraordinary conservatory breezeway. Creating a modern, yet livable space that proudly displays the homeowners' array of important Indian and contemporary art, Vincere designed the home with an eye toward classical architecture, up-to-the-minute conveniences, and the holistic integration of fine art with comfortable family living.

Light and openness are the hallmarks of this 5,200 square foot single-family home in Lincoln Park. Vincere was brought on pre-construction to create all interior architecture, including floor plan consulting, as well as whole-house interior design. The clients, a young family with two small children, wanted a home that was youthful and welcoming, for both packed and lively daily schedules, as well as sophisticated entertaining. With an eye toward their future, we created an inviting and stylish home, timeless, yet modern and fresh.
