This stately greystone from the late 1800’s, in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, was featured on the cover of LUXE Chicago Interiors + Design Magazine. In original condition, Vincere was brought on to completely reimagine multiple apartments into a cohesive single-family home, including a substantial addition. Custom millwork and other details nod to the home’s origins, while the interior design elements are lively, fresh, and modern. The result is a house that perfectly fits the family’s vibrant and energetic lifestyle.

Chosen by the Merchandise Mart to design the 2012-2013 Dream Home Bedroom, Vincere’s imaginary clients were empty-nesters in a storied co-operative apartment on Chicago’s lakefront. With ultra-luxurious materials and sophisticated finishes, this enveloping space combined all the hallmarks of a Vincere-designed project: elegance, authenticity, beauty, originality, livability and timelessness.
